Apex House

Apex House, a student development in Wembley, showcases how modular construction delivers completed high quality construction in less time with programme certainty and with just as high design standards as traditional construction methods. This building is the tallest modular building in Europe and the second tallest in the world. Apex house is a 29-storey building with residential and circulation spaces constructed with up to 28 stories of the Vision Modular System load bearing corner supported system. 679 Modules were constructed to create the full building with 242 of these in the eight and nine story wings either side of the main tower.
